Acceptance
By using this website or registering for Team Phoenix Basketball, you agree to these Terms.
Registration
Parents certify they have legal authority to register the participant.
Program Fees
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
All payments are final.
Payments are non-refundable.
Missed practices, injuries, relocation, voluntary withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or dismissal do not create eligibility for refunds.
Credits may be issued solely at Team Phoenix’s discretion.
Team Placement
Participation does not guarantee:
roster placement
playing time
tournament participation
travel opportunities
position
Coaches determine all basketball decisions.
Attendance
Players are expected to:
Attend practices
Arrive on time
Communicate absences
Demonstrate positive attitude
Parent Expectations
Parents agree to:
Respect coaches
Respect officials
Respect other families
Refrain from sideline coaching
Follow facility rules
Removal
Team Phoenix reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any participant whose behavior is detrimental to the program.
No refund shall be issued.
Health
Parents certify their athlete is medically able to participate.
Injury
Participation involves inherent risks.
Team Phoenix is not responsible for injuries occurring during participation except where required by law.
Photography
Team Phoenix may photograph or record events for marketing purposes.
Parents may request exclusion by contacting us in writing before participation.
SMS Terms
By opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Team Phoenix Basketball.
Messages may include:
Schedule updates
Practice reminders
Tournament information
Billing reminders
Registration confirmations
Program announcements
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.
Intellectual Property
All Team Phoenix logos, graphics, videos, curriculum, website content, and branding remain the exclusive property of Team Phoenix Basketball.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
