Team Phoenix launched in 2023 with a single mission: develop the next generation of basketball talent the right way. In under three years, our athletes have earned 30+ college offers — a track record built not on shortcuts, but on a holistic system that addresses every dimension of an athlete's development: academic, social, mental, and physical. We compete at the highest levels of the AAU circuit — the New Balance P32 and E32 Leagues (powered by Revcruit) — while maintaining structured development pathways that meet athletes where they are, from elementary school through high school graduation.
